MentoringFaculty members and experts are also available for executive mentoring. Mentoring programs can be setup on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting. Our One-on-One Executive Mentoring programs are designed to cultivate knowledge in the next generation of executives and professionals. They steer senior management team members on how to be more effective today all the while creating an environment that fosters development of tomorrow's leaders. By creating a ripple effect, executives subsequently apply what they learn from these mentoring programs to their staff, further extending the development process. Through these confidential programs, knowledge is shared and leadership skills are learned simultaneously, from one generation to the next. They create opportunities for honest conversation and enhance understanding of past, present, and future career paths. Group Mentoring involves a team of individuals who engage in a mentoring relationship to achieve specific learning goals. Facilitated group mentoring allows a number of people to participate in a learning group and to benefit simultaneously from the experience and expertise of our Faculty members. The richness of the experience multiplies as each group participant brings personal experiences into the conversation. Through thought provoking questions, the facilitator keeps the dialogue relevant to the focus areas and interactive to stimulate contemplative discussions. By sharing their own personal experiences, providing feedback and serving as a sounding board, the facilitator becomes a trusted advisor. |
